Make It

  • POUR dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each piece. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • HEAT grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Season chicken all over with Adobo seasoning.
  • GRILL chicken 40 minutes or until done (165°F), turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 15 minutes.
  • Serving Suggestion:Serve with a mixed green salad, GOYA® Fiesta™ Baked Beans, CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade and GOYA®Tropical Beverages.
  • Substitute:Substitute 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lbs.) for the broiler-fryer chicken.
  • Keeping It Safe:After handling raw chicken, wash hands in hot soapy water and do the same with anything else that has come into contact with the raw chicken.
